This is a full-set prefabricated warehouse enclosure project supplied by Buildgram New Material for a local warehouse equipment distributor based in Quebec City, Canada. The client purchased complete building materials covering wall & roof PU sandwich panels, installation accessories, insulated sectional industrial doors, and heavy-duty hydraulic loading dock leveler from Buildgram for local warehouse construction resale and on-site installation.

• Roof PU Panels: 150mm Thickness, 1000mm Width, same PPGI steel specification as wall panel; Total Area: 1173.5㎡
• Accessories: Full set of Buildgram PPGI wall/roof profiles, ST series self-drilling screws, rivets and fixing fittings.

2.2 50mm Insulated Sectional Overhead Doors (2 Sets)

• Size: 4876mm(W) × 4267mm(H) per set
• Panel: 50mm PU insulated with 3-line stucco texture, eye-level glazed observation windows
• Hardware: Single galvanized high-lift tracks; 240V/60Hz 3-phase industrial motor with remote control
• Export: Independent seaworthy wooden package for ocean transport
